While the BlueCherry system excels in many aspects, there are certain challenges associated with deciphering 860 change notices when sent via Mi9 and authorized through EDI. In such cases, it becomes nearly impossible to interpret these notices effectively, often leading to the need to request the generation of new POs. While this issue presents a hurdle in our order management process, it does not overshadow the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the BlueCherry system in handling orders from retailers.Ivaan - April 25, 2024
