The customizable and feature-rich nature of Hike has exceeded our expectations. It seamlessly handles our complex inventory needs, including separate SKU/UPCs, which other systems like Vend POS struggled with. The Sell screen provides real-time inventory updates, keeping our stock levels accurate without any lag. Our customers love the new in-house point system, which is more cost-effective than third-party options. Integration with Woo Commerce has been seamless, and the reporting tools offer a variety of options, including custom reports. Cons

While Hike's functionality is impressive, it can sometimes be a bit more "click" intensive, especially when applying options to specific items on purchase orders.
