Zenefits offers a comprehensive suite of features that address various HR needs, including paperless onboarding/offboarding, integrations with existing ATS, digital document storage, time off tracking, health insurance platform, ACA compliance, and robust business intelligence reporting. The integration with our applicant tracking system has allowed us to extend offers seamlessly from mobile devices, freeing us from the constraints of our desks. The affordability of Zenefits has enabled us to reduce our HR budget while achieving 100% paperless operations. While Zenefits offers robust features, there is room for improvement in the customization of email triggers to enhance functionality.
