With features like internal email assignment, shared inboxes, and customizable email dispositions, Hiver has simplified our workflow and improved team collaboration. Additionally, the ability to chat about tickets directly in the Hiver sidebar and provide assistance on existing email chains has streamlined our communication process, eliminating the need to forward emails across different departments.Bernardo - April 25, 2024

Cons

While Hiver offers a plethora of valuable features, one limitation we've encountered is the inability to create a ticket within Hiver on behalf of a customer. Currently, tickets can only be generated based on email interactions between customers and our company. However, this minor drawback is far outweighed by the numerous benefits that Hiver brings to our team collaboration and customer service efforts.Bernardo - April 25, 2024
