Starting with the free version and gradually upgrading, we now rely on it for secure off-site data storage and seamless access from anywhere. While this may seem commonplace today, it wasn't always as effortless. We utilize Dropbox as a virtual file cabinet, storing half of our active files and archiving all our old files. While Dropbox offers a plethora of benefits, one drawback is the inability to have multiple users working on the same document simultaneously, as with Google Drive.
